Accounting System

• Providing a new feature called Accounting System, along with a new node with the same name in the tree structure

• Providing this new feature and its corresponding node in addition to the Main database, in each User database, as well as in addition to the Main server, on each of the other servers

• Possibility to define an unlimited number of individual and legal persons under each Main and User database on each server

• Possibility to define accounts or using default templates in Simple and Advanced schemes for each individual and legal person separately

• Possibility to define a financial year and specify the currency unit as Rials, or work with the New Currency feature
  
  

• Possibility to define and organize accounting vouchers with Cut/Copy/Paste functionality

• Providing journals for general, subsidiary, and detailed accounts, as well as the possibility to define special journals

• Providing general, subsidiary, and detailed ledgers, as well as the possibility to define cost center ledgers

• Possibility to create a Microsoft Excel output file compatible with the ledgers of the Tax Administration's Commercial System (Electronic Book)

• Possibility to generate a trial balance at the general account level

• Possibility to generate a Profit-Loss Statement based on the accounts defined in the above statement and calculate tax

Individual/Legal Persons in the Accounting System

• Possibility to define an unlimited number of individual and legal persons under each Main and User database on each server

• Possibility to edit and delete individual/legal persons

• Possibility to archive individual/legal persons
  
  
  

• Possibility to copy active defined accounts from other individual and legal persons while defining a new individual/legal person

• Possibility to transfer all financial information of an individual/legal person in the Accounting System from one database to another on the same server or to other servers using the Import/Export functionality in the system
